40'' Promo
With no budget or talent access, I wanted the campaign to still feel bold and purposeful.
The new series sees Stacey meet some of her most controversial subjects yet, so I built the creative around cutting through viral outrage focusing on the unprecedented 'rare' access to the real people behind the headlines.
This ‘humanity over sensationalism’ approach offered a strong contrast to Channel 4’s more provocative Bonnie Blue campaign.
Using bold, digital headline-style motion graphics and existing footage, I crafted promos that juxtaposed the chaos of the online tabloids with Stacey’s calm, empathetic journalism.
Each promo, including the episodics, were handled with care and sensitivity. I worked closely with the commissioning team to navigate contributor approvals and compliance.
All assets were repurposed for paid social, and despite limited resources, the campaign delivered solid results on U&W and even higher engagement on U, our streaming platform
Lily Phillips Ep 1 Promo
An episodic promo on the story of Lily Phillips - a prominently controversial OnlyFans creator at the centre of many recent tabloid stories.
With strict compliance and permissions to navigate, I crafted this one sensitively, focusing on the unprecedented access to Lily’s rarely seen, emotional, human side, a deliberate contrast to Channel 4’s Bonnie Blue documentary, which leaned into the outrage.
Drewitt-Barlows Ep 2 Promo
An episodic promo on the story of Britain's first gay dad and his surrogate family.
Another controversial story that I had to treat carefully.
Marie Buchan Ep3 Promo
An episodic promo on the story of the woman labelled Britain’s Benefits Queen.

My focus was on showing nuance and humanising her story, rather than capitalising on the outrage surrounding her.
Key Art
Instead of the usual ‘Stacey on the sofa’, we placed her against a wall of snapshot scenes from the tabloid subjects lives.
A simple, bold way to show Stacey cutting through the noise to reach the real people behind the headlines... her calm, grounded presence, making the image both bold and human on crowded UI platforms.

Overnights:
The series had steady live viewing on U&W. On our streaming platform U, it became one of the top three shows of the week and audience numbers tripled once people caught up on U.
